"The World is Losing Colour" Environmental Poster Series
These 3 black and white posters is a series of my personal illustration and design that aim to bring awareness to the environmental conservation. In all 3 poster design, I tried to show a contrast of the dark side and the bright side. It is a our own choice to create the chance of hope for the world of lives. All illustration done by mixed-media, collage, ink, acrylic paint, graphite pencils and crayons.Environmental-Poster 1: Cans of Artificial Lives All things in the nature are constantly being destroyed or made artificial by human. In my picture, I am imagining the nature objects which were killed comes alive again….
Environmental-Poster 2: Escaping from the dark In my picture, I illustrated how the physical world and the mind of the people in it are being polluted. I have the escaping zebra symbolizes those who wants to run away from the ruined world.
Environmental-Poster 3: On the endangered animal list More and more animals are getting onto the endangered animal list...and human are responsible for it. You are to choose either to put them in the dark or pull them out to a pure world.
The illustration series were awarded Merit Award in the 2012 HiiiBrand International Illustration Contest, selected from over 2500 pieces of work participating from 60 countries.
